About Home Inspection Advisory, LLCFlexible, Friendly, Professional, Precise
Owner & Inspector
Inspector Jason Driggers
A home is a fascinating puzzle, with multiple systems and components, all interconnected and complex. When I inspect a property, I bring all of my skills, education, and experience to bear as I discover hidden defects and solve potential problems. I love the thrill of sharing my years of accumulated knowledge with homebuyers in a way that will protect their investment and keep them safe for years to come.
As a licensed inspector by the state of New Hampshire and InterNACHI member, I have fulfilled rigorous educational and training requirements. To stay up to date, I consistently continue my education complete additional training and courses related to the latest best practices and industry standards.
I have a degree in building construction technology and have been managing my own business for the past nine years. In addition to home inspecting, I also work on residential construction and remodeling jobs (none of which I inspect, for ethical reasons). My construction experience has reinforced my knowledge of the fundamental and finer points of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and other components. Before opening shop at Home Inspection Advisory, LLC, I was a field operations manager for shed building, working with multiple crews. I have also worked as an independent distributor for bakeries, where I honed my customer service skills and learned to build and value customer relationships.
Explaining the inner-workings of a home to a potential homebuyer is something that comes naturally to me. I enjoy finding simple ways of communicating complex concepts and connecting with people from all kinds of backgrounds. To me, an inspection is much more than a walk-through and an itemized report. The results of an inspection could have a major impact on your purchasing decision. I will help you understand any defects and suggest what you can do about them. I want to ask questions during and after the inspection, and I want you to come away with ideas for maintaining your new home in the future. I also understand that purchasing a home is complicated and time-consuming, and I try to make my clients’ lives easier by offering flexible scheduling and staying open on weekends.
In my spare time, enjoy traveling and exploring new places with family and friends. I also enjoy finish carpentry, from pre-planning to the final phase of the project, and anything related to hands-on building.
